Zdravím vás jachtári,
vie niekto z vás, čo znamenajú písmená/parametre I, J, P a E v technickej špecifikácii lode?
A odkiaľ / z akých slov tie písmená stavitelia prevzali?

Všetko sú to dĺžkové jednotky v metroch. Napríklad pre Elan 444 Impression majú tieto hodnoty:
I 15.90 m
J 4.78 m
P 14.80 m
E 5.37 m

Jsou to základní rozměry takeláže,ale odkud to pochází bohužel nevím.

"P" (The luff length of the mainsail, measured along the aft face of the mast from the top of the boom to the highest point that the mainsail can be hoisted or black band)

"E" (The foot length of the mainsail, measured along the boom from the aft face of the mast to the outermost point on the boom to which the main can be pulled or to the black band)

"J" (The base of the foretriangle measured along the deck from the headstay pin to the front of the mast)

"I" (Measured along the front of mast from the genoa halyard to the main deck. The main deck is where the deck would be if there were no deckhouse)

"ISP" (Measurement along the front of mast from the spinnaker halyard to the main deck / Vzdálenost mezi horním uchycením spinakru/genakru a palubou v místě stěžně)
